i've come accross a new person when training and when we wrestle it doesn't matter what i do to attempt to lock this person down, they just wriggle, wriigle so i can't get a good secure position, or if i manage to get on they wriggle so i can't keep it. Im wonderning how do you deal with a wriggle. how do you shut them down. Im not a slow mover but nor am i really quick. Im finding it frustrating and woudl appreciate any help, thanks

hey i have posted on this before

control is how you use you weight and positioning

some people are just wriggly change position often
mat time will give you control

or as the greats say go with the flow

flow with it dont fight it

i find small people are the best wriggles and hard to lock down in class, mainly because im heavier than they are so i dont all apply my weight ( cause im a nice guy really Smile ) but i can't wriggle wehn im on my back, find it hard to move. i dont think i have good hip strenght or something. been looking for excercises to strenghten that area, loweer back, hips, thighs.

take lesson from the wiggles

apply the dorthy the green dinosaur move

Thinking what is dorthy the green dinosaur move

i dont seem to be strong in the hip bum area to wiggle with them when im on my back. when i start to wiggel they then control me. does anyone know of any strength excercises for the hip area? i cant do that bridgeing too well either, im just weak in that area

sit on them until the change spots
dance with them

do core exercises adn hip escapes and bridge to strengthen weak aeras

i wriggle against heavy people but i cant get into a spot to sub. get close sometimes but they just squash me.
