back strength and hip flexors

i hope someone here can help me.

i'm realising that i dont have good lower back strength and i think my hip flexors are weak too. any tips on how to strenghthen these areas.. When i try to bridge or turn sideways under some heavy bloke i struggle. i dont think its just becaseu they're heavy i really feel liek i have no strenght in my back. Are there any exercises i can do at home wihtout expensive equipment to strenghten my lower back?

start with superman

lay on stomach rise opposite hand and leg

bridges

lay on back bring feet close to backside and rise hips


what are you kidding that the ladies pilate stuff i am not doing that
ok dont
but top compettiors are doing this stuff

thanks animal. i've started doing the supermans but they hurt my lower back just above my buttocks. Bridges is what partially made me realise im weak, but i'll keep at it.

pain is often not a good sign seek help

sport physos are good with seeing propblems and giving you excerises

seek out personal trainer or fitness instructors to give you the advise face to face
