I am chasing anyone that is currently training BJJ in Karratha.

I was doing BJJ for bit over 12 months out of the Eclipse gym in Collie WA but have now moved to Karratha and havent trained in 6 months.

If someone is training or knows of someone training please let me know over this topic.

if there isn't a club up there, looks like there's a few people interested. maybe there's someone who has some skills and you can get together informally and start your own club. Many a good club started out that way - good luck guys

Hi guys sorry bout the delay in posts i am really interested in rolling in BJJ in Karratha I have some skills and teaching knowledge but nowhere near enough to run full on classes, nor do I have mats. If there is someone out there that some more skills than myself and we can get together a group of guys really keen to train I might be able to set something up with a sporting venue or school.

I will need at least 5 - 10 people interested though otherwise this will be a difficult venture

if i was in karratha i'd join. i like the idea of being with a club as it starts up and is still small rather than the large ones where you are just a number. that goes for all clubs and groups not just martial art. good luck with it hope you get some takers. are there mine sites nearby surely youd get some members from there. have you thought of putting up a note at some minesites.

yeah those jigsaw ones a expensive and not very soft. but i think judo mats are more expensive although they are bigger so you need less. doesn't anyone sell mats up in karratha? what about Giri would they freight them? but again cost. good luck with your club.
